Hafa Adai! Commonwealth Healthcare Corporation in Saipan, Northern Mariana Islands, has an urgent need for OB/GYN coverage: physicians for 1–6 months or permanently. The Practice
- Established dept.: 5 OB/GYNs, 6 certified nurse midwives, 2 NPs
- Full-scope OB/GYN available for physicians who want it
- 1:5 call; in-house midwife takes first call
- Physicians primarily called for C-sections, operative deliveries, high-risk OB, and GYN emergencies
- Low-risk vaginal deliveries generally managed by midwives; physicians wanting more hands-on OB welcome to participate
- Post-call day off; 40-hr work week; clinic capped at 14 pts/day

Flexible Terms

Permanent Position
- $220,000/yr salary + $10,000 signing bonus
- 15 paid holidays; PTO and sick leave accrual; Aetna Global Health Insurance
- Physicians who establish CNMI residency may qualify for favorable CNMI/U.S. tax treatment, depending on individual circumstances
